How to gain more weight on your butt.


I know that many people don’t believe there is a way one can gain more weight in the butt while the other part of the body remain fit. Well, If you are among these set of people that don’t actually believe that, then i have a surprise for you.
Do you know there are some exercises you can do to gain more weight on your butt? If no is your answer, continue reading and you will see the wonders of having a regular exercise.
To make your butt bigger, am going to show you some exercise you can do to have that bold look
when you walk on the street.  You will notice the size of your butt increase if you do the following exercise right.

1: Build your butt muscles
You can make your butt bigger and rounder by doing the following exercises to help build your butt muscles.
·         Squats:  To get this right, stand erect with your legs slightly open, about the width of your shoulders. Stretch your hands in front of you and gradually go down making an angle of 90 degrees with your back straight then go back up, continue doing this for about 20 times then take a break. Do it as much as you can for at least 3 times a week.
·         Butt bridges: lie on your back with your arms on your side and your knees bent. Lift your butt towards the ceiling then lower it. Continue doing this for about 20 times, take a break and go again.
·         Kick backs:  stand with one leg and the other hanging in the air. Use the free leg to kick back till you feel your butt make a bubble shake, continue doing this and also do same to the other leg.

2. Do sports that build your legs and buttocks muscles.
Example of such sports includes;
·         Cycling
·         Soccer
·         Running
·         Swimming
·         Skiing

3. Adjust your weight:
 Whether you should gain weight or loose weight depends on your genetic makeup. If you are the type that gain weight in your butt and hips, then you need to put on a little more weight to fill up your butt. If on the other hand, you are the type that gain weight in your arms and tummy, then loosing a little weight may help work things out.
